Hey a lot of us started at one extreme or another. Not many are blessed with freaky genetics. Keep up the hard work! It takes a lot time, but I think it's worth all the time and effort. I started training at about 130 lbs and people, that haven't seen me in five years barely recognize me now. Feels great when you see their expression on their face, when they realize who you are.

you look good bro. Your chest looks defined. Work your arms a little harder, but besides that you look great. Good job.

Hey thanks for the kind comments guys! I recently just bought a treadmill (work on the unwanted fat - hard to believe but i do have some fat somewhere hehe). Well I havent been doing any training lately due to me not eating correctly. So i want to get my diet right before i get back into it!

Once again thanks for the cool comments!

Cheers

go easy on the cardio though...don't go overboard on the treadmill... if you're trying to bulk up you're gonna have to accept putting on a little bit of fat...just keep eating clean so you don't put on too much fat, but with your genetics you probably won't have to worry about that too much

Nick007 Looking GREAT!

Man, Nick, don't be so hard on yourself....Those pecs look awesome, buddy...pretty darn full of muscle from what I can see. Your chest and shoulders are wide and strong looking. Lots of guys would be VERY jealous of that muscled body of yours! Keep smiling and flexing, my friend....and please keep this board posted on your progress...you look GREAT!

Smile Thanks Longman

hey Longman,

thanks for the kind words. Been a little busy with my studies and have slacked off a bit on my training. But strangely enough i seem to be putting on weight even though i trained only once in 2 weeks. Tonight im going to do some chest, arms and abs.

thanks for all the inspiration!

Cheers
Nick

Hey Nick007....I just realized after checking out your picture again that you aren't even flexing your chest, shoulders or arms in that post! Man, THAT is truly impressive now that I think about it! /t\ Got to get my butt to the gym and train harder! -/ How did your ab workout go? Crunches or what? Guys at my gym have been done tight crunches on a huge inflated ball....it works for them cos they've got great cuts in their abs from it. I am working my back, shoulders and triceps on Tues. Getting some results the last few months...feels good when my shirts start fitting tighter! +) Helps my testosterone level! Keep smiling and flexing, my friend and congratulations on the muscle training....looking GREAT!
