from what I know, deca is not a powder, unless it's NPP
normal deca is liquid

he probably bought the powder bulk because how cheap it is. Your supposed to make your own solution

some guy on another forum got bad deca powder and it solidified

raw deca comes solid form and has a distinct smell....test e also comes in a solid raw and has a certain smell....
