can you tell if there is strain on your liver or kidneys based on your urine color?

Kidneys for sure. Dark urine can be an indication of kidney stress. Liver stress can cause yellowing of the eyes and skin and in severe cases cause very light colored stool.

dark urine, blood in urine, stinging while peeing, all signs. its best to get tests while on, waiting for a piss sign may be to late.
