A-50 is a 17aa drug, which means it undergoes first pass metabolism by the liver. This makes the liver work a little hard. It is a little liver toxic and there is an extremely remote chance that liver tumors (maybe cancerous) can form, but unless you're predisposed and/or you severely abuse the drug with massive dosages of a-50 and/or other liver toxic drugs for long periods of time, the chances of such serious problems developing are slim. The liver is a hard organ to destroy, as it regenerates itself. I think you would have to destroy over 75% of it for it to be unable to heal itself. Blood work, fellows, is essential. Keep your eye on your cholesterol, liver values, PSAs, the whole nine yards and use the more toxic drugs carefully and you should be fine.
