How do you know if the gear is fake, like when you shoot it can you tell if its real or cooking oil, does it swell or get a rash and what are the effects if you happen to shoot something like this??)

The best time to see if it's legit or not is BEFORE shooting it.

If its test it will make your tongue numb. If its re b put a few drops in a glass of water overnight & it will crystalize. If its d-bol tabs than try breaking it with you hands & taste it very bitter & should'nt break up easy. SHould be very hard. All vials should have a lot stamped on em & swipe your finger across it so you can tell if it was printed with the label or stamped. Should be a bit indented into the paper. caps should pop off easy not like they were glued. match with pictures of gear from other links. If you need a pic of something ask someone & they may have it to post. What kind of gear is it? Anyone else care to add to this feel free.

No, I just wanted to know what are the effects if you happen to shoot cooking oil or some other kind of oils, like does your cheek swell up or something like that, I know where to cross referance most of the gear but you never know?

If you shot anything but USP grade oil you are at incresed risk for infection as other oils ie cooking are not made under strict pharmaceutical standards. There is no definitive answer but I'm quite sure that those who are making fakes don't care to much about the quality of the oil they are duping you with or the sterility precautions when filling the amps and/or vials. Basically it depends upon the microbe count and how your body reacts to whatever it happens to be. Peace. Freez.

if you shoot oil you could get infected, or just not grow. most of the time you just dont grow, rarely do you get infected

Like I said, make sure your stuff is legit before you shoot. Then this whole thing becomes a moot point.
