Hey Cuban!!..didnt know you frequented this board...very cool!
Diets were made to be cheated on. Its the only way to stay sane and stay focused.
I diet super hard 6 days a week but on the seventh day I eat whatever I want all day long, even splurging sometimes. If anything at I all I find when dieting down it really helps to kick my metabolism back into overdrive.
