Depends on what you are meaning by "bridging". If you mean, keeping your test levels and so on up when kinda "off" well they may do SOME minimal good, but no more so than low doses of gear but with greater sides I'd say. And then, why take the low doses of gear at all? Some like it, some don't - I like to taper purely for the psychology of coming off hard...
If bridging and gainskeeping is your goal - go with slin, a good diet and get your natural test levels up ASAP. IronMike
