Why are your joints hurting? Training stress, some other cause? It may be something that you can correct by doing something different. That pain is your body telling you something.

winny makes almost everyones joints hurt, thats what its notorious for right? take some otc supps like glutamine or glucosamine or get a joint fuel, they do the joints good.

hmmm... no problems here. i have experienced the pain twice, zambon and ip. i first heard of the pain when i read something written by ben johnson or his coach that ben had to discontinue his useage of winny due to all the pain in his joints especially when he ran. just my 2 cents

Winny kills my knees... i would try some OTC stuff.. Has anyone ever tried that super blue stuff? I was watching a infomercial on it the other day... Says it has Emu oil that is a anti inflammatory..
