Well I've got a bunch of questions here, hopefully someone can shed some light.
Well I know I probably shouldn't be doing/trying this, but I did. I've been on ~600mg EQ and ~600mg Prop @ week. About the 2nd week in, I added *P T-3. My weight jumped up 8-10 lbs in the 1st 2 weeks then stabilized (no change for about 3-1/2 weeks). After about 3-1/2 weeks on T-3, I started dropping weight, ~8 lbs. Now my waist measurement hasn't dropped, so I'm assuming I've lost LBM - WTF. I understand T-3 can be catabolic to muscle but I think that's all its doing to me, not losing fat - do you think this is correct (as you can tell, I've never used T-3 before)? My strength hasn't really increased like it normally does on a cycle!
I'm 5' 6", 190# about 8-9% BF. Here "was" my typical diet:
6:00 - 8 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1/3c (uncooked measurement) oats, 1/2 oz flax oil
8:45 - Triple Threat
protein Drink, at 60+ grams
protein with 1/4 oz flax oil
11:30 - 3 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1/2c (cooked measurment) of low glycemic index mix: pearl barley, lentils, red kidney beans, 4oz (cooked measurment) 7% fat hamburger or chicken breast , 1/2c green salsa
2:00 - Triple Threat
protein Drink, at 60+ grams
protein with 1/4 oz flax oil
6:00 - 8+oz (cooked weight) meat (usually steak, pork steak, roast, etc), ~1c vegetables (usually green beans or broc. )
Well - I went off the T-3 and changed the following to my diet:
6:00 - 10 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1/3c (uncooked measurement) oats, 1/2 oz flax oil
8:45 - Triple Threat
protein Drink, at 60+ grams
protein with 1/4 oz flax oil, 2 egg whites, 1/2 yolk
11:30 - 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1/2c (cooked measurment) of low glycemic index mix: pearl barley, lentils, red kidney beans, 4oz (cooked measurment) 7% fat hamburger or chicken breast , 1/2c green salsa
2:00 - Triple Threat
protein Drink, at 60+ grams
protein with 1/4 oz flax oil, 2 egg whites, 1/2 yolk
6:00 - 8+oz (cooked weight) meat (usually steak, pork steak, roast, etc), ~1c vegetables (usually green beans or broc. )
~8:00 - 2 egg whites, 1/2 yolk
Any sugesstions for diet? And yes I like eggs, plus I get them real cheap!
Thanks bros
