Some sources require signature. My last order from Al** required a signature and I wasn't expecting to sign!! It's nice to know beforehand - you may want to e-mail your source and ask

Wow -- the big question -- should you sign for your gear?? You have been waiting for it and now it has arrived and you want it.

Below is strictly a ficticous story, It is completely hypothetical and
meant for amusement purposes only. Lets say it happened to a ficticous friend of mine called "J" for John

Let say from a from a hypothetical personal experience. J placed an order from china -- Which J should not have done because J knew they were watching chinaman. Well say they got the stuff, but it was not at customs, it was at the post office. First they call J and said the package accidently broke open. hypo-Bullshit. They said -- J do you know anything about it?? ie different name on package. They try to get J to sign three different times. Then they called J and asked J to confess -- nothing will happen. LOL. Lets say J talked to his attorney, Who is a real good legal eagle. Say he gave J this fictious advice:

Never sign ever!!!!

IF they send you a signature card or package in the mail for not enough postage - Send the card back Addressee does not live here

If someone comes to your door - Tell them you do not know what they are talking about and wish them a nice day.

Never admit to anything and never talk to the cops without first talking to an attorney. Cops can lie -- If you confess when they tell you nothing will happen to you -- they are bullshitting you.

Always use a different name. Not of someone you know - They can bust you for trying to pin a crime on another person. Use a completely diff name. Or someone who is deceased.

NEVER TELL THEM WHERE YOU ORDERD THE STUFF -- DOING SO CAN LINK YOU TO THE PACKAGE. AS FAR AS YOU KNOW YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO PURCHASE THE STUFF.

The guy J would have talked to was a postal inspector -- he said to j "look i know you got this stuff over the internet. To be honest with you It not worth my hassle. So just admit to me it was you and I will forget the whole thing." -- LOL --- Yea was J hypothetically fuck88g born yesterday. DONT THINK SO. He then asked J if he can open the rest of the envelopes he was holding. "They cannot open your mail without your approval without a supeona." J said do what you want they do not belong to me.

Postal guy would have been a little pissed when he hung up with J but, He and J both knew he could not touch J. Attorney would have told J this. J never heard from the ficticous postal guy again.

Bottom line is -- gear is not on their top list of priorities. Mail orders take a lot of time and money to investigate. Shit most of the cops J knows are on gear.

Lose a few bucks and stay cool and chalk it up to an experience of life. ALSO stay domestic. And with a supplier who has good packaging and does not require a signature.

Hope this helps.

If it were heroine or a narcotic - they would bust you anyways even after a controlled delivery failed and make you beat the case. Doing so would notify the public of your activities. Another way to fight crime.

If it were me I would not even sign for asprin.

I had to sign once, and I made my wife do it, lol. It wasn't from overseas, or from an actual source. Just from a friend that picked some stuff up in Mex for me, and sent it when he returned home. So, I wasn't to woried. I would never sign for shit again, I do know that, and I won't deal with a source that makes you sign either. Once you sign, you have taken delivery of whatever it is in the package, and that is not cool. I have way to much to lose, and jail is no fun at all!! Later

All my packages from Russia/Czech Republic come requiring a sig. and I always sign for it. No big deal for me because mine come with my cousin's name and he's a criminal, so I'm safe-/

i have a lawyer friend who does all my contractual work and asked him this question. he told me to sign for a package is not a admission of guilt. people sign for shit all the time. if the postman comes to your door and asks you to sign for a package and you refuse then that looks more guiltry then to sign. he said chances are if they are going to come to your door then they have already got a case against you brewing. to refuse to sign is not going to prevent them from busting your door down. if they want in to search then they are coming signature or not. i have in the past signed for shit my wife has bought and never thought twice. you trust your postman so who would think about not signing. it would not hold up in court considering everyone on the jury has signed for a package they did not know was coming at least once in their life. to sum it up, sign for the package. if they are coming , they are coming and they will be there signature or not.
