My shoulders and arms have grown so much on this cycle i cant sleep the same. this happen to you at all? i wake up and my shoulder hurts and my arm is a sleep. this sucks.
My arms do fall asleep often when I'm on a cycle. I just got used to it and when I woke up I knew at least one of my hands would be asleep. The worst is if your sleeping face down and both your arms fall asleep, then its a bitch flipping around trying to get on your side so you can get up.
