I've never tried any, but my workout partner swears by it.
I finally aquired some, is it that good for recovery? When if any
is the best time to take it? Morning, evening, or does it not matter?
great for muscle recovery and muscle volumizer. 2 to three times a day. I just got cytomel from eas it has peptides in it to allow more into the muscle. I will see how it works. They say with out the peptides you don't get 80% into the muscle. I dont know but I will try it. They may be bulling but I ll let you know.
glutamine is probably the most important suppliment, other than protien, that we can take.
