strict or loose form? which do you prefer.?

i have seen many of the pros train over the years. some when they come to my gym and others when i vacation at venice beach. i have only seen one pro that i consider a strict form guy. that is lee priest. the others i have seen are kamali, prince nasser, dexter, levrone, coleman, cormier, titus, and a few others that use a very loose form. fast reps and a litttle body english. some even do fast choppy half reps. they seem to pay no attention to timeunder tension or the negative ect. what is everyones training style and what do you believe in. lets hear it cryto, ry roids, big a , and the others. what do you think.?

It depends on the movment. I always do bent over rows fast with a little body english and it seems to work best. Most exercises though like arms I do slow up and down in a very controled manner. Deadlifts form is very important but I do try to acclerate explosivly. Power cleans are fun because its all about how explosive and fast you move. Chest I go back and fourth sometimes I do really controled movments with a pause but someitmes I exploed upwards. Squats I always do slow and controled.

Again, I agree with jstrong20! When I use 325# for sets of 5 on bent-over rows, its hard to be strict. When I do "heavy" bench, it's slow controlled movements (I guess that's strict) works better - same for squats (and with "heavy" weight less chance for injury).
