The fastest way to slap on 5lbs!!!

The fastest way to slap on 5lbs!!!

besides putting a lead weight in your pocket!!!

I'm 3/4th the way trough a test fina cycle and I just can't seem to break that 200lb mark!

What do you guys find the fastest way to slap on a quick 5lbs of weight???

I eat all day long, and anything and everything!!! And I still hang aroung the 196lb 10% mark.

I drink so much fluids that I piss 5 times during the night!

What is a sure fire solution!!!???

This may sound cheesy and dumb, but creatine will get you 5 pounds in a week!! Seriously.... I usually gain a good 7 pounds or so when I load creatine.....

Just a thought....

If you respond well to creatine that is.

Slin, do the research and give slin some thought...I usually put on 5-10lbs in a the first 8-10 days on slin. I am not consuming fat while it's active, so it' mainly glycogen supersaturation, water and maybe a touch of muscle.

depends how long you have been gaining, and how long you have been stuck. i find that adding a meal to my daily plan works to get that in about 2 weeks. add more protein.

Hey bro,

You say you are getting up 5 times a night to piss. Do you get something to eat at that time as well? MRP/Shake, etc? I'd imagine doing that for a week or so every other time you get up to piss might tack on some extra pounds. Good Luck!

yeh, what he said. btw, slin is not for newbies its for advanced cyclers, if you know your shi-t and well researched on slin then you can think about it.. but yeh eat when you wake up to pee and add an extra meal or drink a high calorie weight gainer after some of your meals.+) btw, pittbull you are a red nose arent ya. j/k. lol.
