My urine smells very bad

Hi fellas. I’m on cycle, and since that, my urine smells very strong and very bad. What can cause that horrible smell of my urine?

Do you drink coffee? What about eating asparagus? This makes mine have a distinct smell to it.

Try using 100mg. of zinc. Add garlic to your diet. And throw in some fresh fruits and vegetables to even things out.
