Offseason Fatness!!!

Ok usually I am the one who LOVES to get fat in the offseason but, this time I started to get upset when I had to struggle to see my abs.hehehe But, I am over it now and back on track and going nuts. Was 298(About) and like 9% BF last doctor visit and still got 20 weeks to go....OH SHIT!!!hehehe The moral of this is that muscle is harder to gain than fat is too lose so don't be afraid to gain a little fat. That doesn't mean shoot for 30%BF but, don't be afraid to gain 5-8% BF during offseason training.

Basically....

....when dieting down I always wish I gained more weight in the offseason. It isn't losing fat that is tough it is gaining muscle.

What goes 'round, comes 'round. I used to be able to drop BF down to 5% a the drop of a hat, but had a hell of a time gaining muscle =gr). Since I hit about 42 (years young) I'm still gaining muscle but can't lose BF \./ !!

Stay tuned, watch Fina board, which is where I'm posting results from current cycle (they are UNBELIEVABLE \./ ).
