cardio

guys, at my gym I heard a lot of different opinions about doing cardio while cycling. Is anybody who can help me? I’m on bulking cycle

IMO for bulking you can do 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

Cardio is good anytime. I do cardio if I'm on a cycle or not

2-3 times/wk for 20-30 mins and make sure it's low intensity especially if your bulking

I go w/ 2-3 times a week as well, but thats me. I have to do it as I can put on weight pretty easily. I get fat just driving by McDonalds. Good luck.

good for the heart, if done in morning will keep you energized, sometimes provides a view of the hottie doing cardio...

I always do some cardio. I'm on cycle now with Sust, Eq and Tbol and I do 20min of light cardio on weight days and 40 min of light cardio on off days. That way I lean out and still gain weight without so much bloat and fat gain.
