customs letter

i ordered from an online pharmacy a board sponsor advanced and i got got my package with a seizure letter i cant log on to their site to do a ticket some kind of error so i just sent them an email and i told them to send to a different address and name did i get scammed.

P.S. i also sent them my seizure letters

What do yall think i should do?

If you sent them a copy of the seizure letter and new name/address you should be fine.....

I did sent a support ticket but every time i try to log on to check it i cant log on it says my email is invalid i know its the correct email though so i used a diifferent email got a support ticket number and now i cant login with that email either am i just stupid or something lol
