I want to take 500 mg of Sustanon during a week on my next cycle and I don’t know.. Should I split it in 2 days like 250 one day and 250 a few days later?

I'm going to do sustanon also. I plan to use 1000mg. of sustanon every month from March to May 1st., by itself, and nothing else. I'm going to inject the 1000mg/ml in a once-a-month injection. That's a four ml. shot which ain't bad at all because I've done them before and it leave a sizable lump, nothing to be worried about and after a few days at the gym, the lump gradually decreases in size.

Yes, but only 2 shots/week

also if this is your 1st cycle id go with test e at 500mg/week.

You need to shoot Sustanon eod. I agree but go with test enanthate or cypionate. Are better IMO

I have seen great results from shooting sust twice a week.

To have the prop in your blood all the time and constant you need to take it eod.

but you also have other test esters in their as well so he can shoot either once a week or twice a week. their is no need to shoot eod. that may be a waste for him.
