IF THAT IS THE LETTER YOU GOT FOR REAL THEN THAT IS SOME FUNNY SHIT. NOT THAT YOU GOT YOUR GEAR SEIZED BUT THAT CUSTOMS WOULD SEND A LETTER LIKE THAT.

It's not legit, it's the U.S. government, they would be professional, plus saying verbally or written profanities across any state line is a federal crime even though it is not heavily enforced.

At the most I think you may have gotten scammed...
