Eating enough help

i only eat 4 times a day, i just cannot eat anymore. i am skinny, and thats all i can force in me. how can i eat higher amounts od calories? what can i do, or eat. whats real high in protein and calories? any suggestion is welcome, not asking for a diet plan, just throw some foods at me.

Smile When I started bodybuilding I had the...

...same problem. I knew that not eating enough would never allow my self to gain the size I needed to compete. One day I asked a very successful bodybuilder in my gym how he was able to eat so much. He told me "Do you know the feeling you have after you eat a Thanksgiving dinner? That's how you want to feel all the time." I started to make a point to always be stuffed full. Basically after a while that's all my body knew so if wasn't absolutely stuffed then I felt like I was starving was going to die. I have put on some series weight with this method. Hope this helps.

Sometimes it's hard to eat 6 or 7 whole food meals a day. That's when a good MRP comes in handy. 2 or 3 MRPs a day like N-Large mixed in milk with icecream thrown in for good measure will add some cals to your diet.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU EATING NOW. IF YOU EATING NOTHING BUT SALTINE CRACKERS AND TUNAFISH YOU ARE NEVER GONNA GAIN WEIGHT. IF IT JUST WEIGHT YOU ARE AFTER YOU NEED TO EAT THINGS WITH A HIGHER FAT CONTENT LIKE ICE CREAN AND THOSE FREEZER WAFFLES LIKE EGGO. THOSE THINGS HAVE LIKE 120 CALORIES A WAFFLE AND I EAT A WHOLE BOX AT ONE TIME AND I AM STILL HUNGRY. THERE ARE USUALLY 16 WAFFLES TO A BOX SO YOU DO THE MATH, PLUS EATING OATMEAL W/ APPLE PIE FILLING, OR EAT WHOLE EGGS. SCRAMBLE THEM BITCHES UP AND EAT THEM THE WHOLE DOZEN AT A TIME.

TELL US WHAT YOU ARE EATING AND THEN WE CAN HELP YOU MORE THAN JUST SAYING " EAT MORE".

ok i will tell you what i ate today, and i will eat later.

1. 5 eggs, 2 toast, milkshake
2. hamburger, fries, shake, water
3. steak, mashed p's
4. chicken strips and honey mustard, 3 rolls, water
5. for my next i will try and eat chicken or fish and some carbs.

HERE IS WHAT YOUR MEALS SHOULD LOOK LIKE

MEALS

1) 6 SCRAMBLED EGGS W/ 6 EGG WHITES
BOWL OF OATMEAL/W WHOLE CAN OF APPLE PIE FILLING
