I got one for you! Chew about two to three sticks of gum about two minutes. Take the gum out of mouth and put your dbol tabs in the gum, place the gum back in your mouth and chew away! Yummy lol

I personally think letting them dissolve under your tongue is the way to go if you ask me.

Either will be just as effective....Out of habit, I chew all my tabs...IP's definitely though, helps with absorbtion........
