cycle posts and newbie questions
I know most sites stay away from the "here is my cycle what do you think" "i have x amount of test what do i do" "and so and so said, is he right?"
well, i will try to answer those posts, i don't want to see newbies scared away. I was a newbie once, and people made me feel like an ass. So with that said. bye

I agree that everyone was a newbie at one point, but damn some of those questions can be so damn ignorant. When I started out I didn't know a milligram from a milliliter, but did the research, then asked ?'s. With all the tools on this board though newbie questions shouldn't even be necessary, I wish I had a board with the tools this one has when I first started, really makes research easy for the beginner...kudos to the creators!

Also............
When asking these types of questions, the people in question, it would be greatly helpfull if you provide a bit of background on your training background, current stats, goals & amp; previous A/S use if any.....to help the people answering your questions to give you the best advice they can.

info
man being this board is just up and running it would be nice for it to have a "give to get" motto. I love to see people write in questions but I also like when people give back. maybe that's how this board will be

Yeap
I agree.
However, if you are somewhat hesitant to post a question that you feel might be a little to "newbie", then my PM is open to. Hell, I don't even mind answering that ominous "Can I gain 30 lbs in 6 weeks with Deca" question... LOL. I'll even answer that one right now. Yes you can gain 30 lbs in 6 weeks with deca...............as long as you add 150mg Drol per day combined with 2g of test per week and a dbl dose of slin and GH per day. :D

Good thread
Then, shine some light on a newbie ?
Background:
35 yo
180 (15% bf)
5' 6"
Never used (but reading a lot to get educated)
lifting for last 12 years.
Goal: Want to lower bf to about 11 or lower. actually gained some pds while my wife was preagnant. Now eating very clean and getting 1.5 to 2.o g of protein per pd. Working out 4 days a week but increasing soon to 5 or 6 until goal reached and the probably lower to maintain. Read the article on begginers cutting in main page, but based on my reading it seems that doses are low....
what advice can you provide?
