hahahah - no wonder nobody was responding. That wasn't what I meant by "hook up." I figured nobody from Des Moines read boards!

I got this idea from NJ, mod over at Finaplix board. His work takes him all around the country and he posts where he's going, and gets together to work-out, hang-out, etc, in the towns he travels to with other bros on the board.

So - thought if anyone was up for that since my work was taking me to Des Moines for a week in July and I can't think of anything to do in evening after work!

planning pretty far ahead aren't you? like 3 and a half months. actually i'm like a two hour drive from des moines, but can shoot on up there and catch a motel. lot of powerlifting in iowa, so i will be traveling iowa a lot this year.
