losing fat

I知 on test ad eq. I知 not losing any fat up to now. I知 wondering why! Should I do cardio? Or doing it I知 going to loose muscle?

keep your diet clean and deffinately do cardio. 30 min 3-5 times/wk

do cardio!!! Is the only way you can lose fat. If you don稚 over do it you won稚 lose any muscle.

why would test and eq (bulking compounds) make you lose fat? Sounds like you need to do some research bro

Cutting compounds are : Tren, t3, t4, anavar, DNP, winstrol, pgcl... ect.

fat loss is from diet and cardio however, not AAS, AAS just helps

I registered just to tell you this

-losing fat is about diet !!!!-

theres so much in that statement .. you really need to read up on it. CART Leptin Lypolysis all that shit ...its really important man

no amount of pro-hormone (mayb with the exception of hgh) will give you a permanent solution here (semi permeanent)

most test over a long time will help you lose fat but within 80 days that amount of fat will return.

Do cardio early in the morning on empty stomach, then you値l burn fat

You池e not old, but on this age you will burn your fat harder than when you were 20. Just keep doing everything right, watch your diet and do cardio like 3 times a week. On the long term you gonna see good results.
