I take antihistamines at bedtime because of allergies. They knock me out for a good eight hours, but the drowsy side effect takes an hour to wear off when I wake up. It's worth it though. But I'm going to try the natural sleep aids to get away from diphenhydramine and hydroxyzine. It seems like the body has to get accustomed to the AAS and then a good night's sleep will probably follow.
