Unhappy some advice
I am on my third week of dbol and I have pain on my lower back. Could it be related ?

Many people experience lower back pumps while taking dbol. So it could be related to taking the dbol.

That's prety common. I had back pain too from dbol. Don't stress yourself too much

What are you running with the Dbol...are you running it solo??!

Back pumps isn't it? yes that's oftern happened on dbol

Indeed , they could be very nasty sometimes, once I have to stop taking the pills , it was unbearable
