some advice pls

I got all my gear ready to go. Just to make sure all good I want to see few oppinions.
Test E 12 weeks 500mg
Deca 10weeks 400mg
nova the entire cycle
clomid pct

I am training for three years. Two previous cycles. 6ft tall 200lbs, 15%bf, I will appreciate some advice for my calories intake. Thanks

Your calorie intake will depend alot on how active you are daily as well as what your goals are with the cycle you plan on using. You will be good to go though in the 3500-4500 range to add some serious size in the twelve weeks while on. I would concentrate on keeping enough protein in your system to continue to pack on muscle.

2000 cal , no carbs in the afternoon, except the ones from vegetables.

With the gear everything looks good to me, The calories you will have to figure it out the proper ammount for you. If you stop making gains you should take a bit more calories imo.

What exactly is your goal? If you just want to bulk you should eat as much as you want.

Cycle looks good. I would save the Nolva for pct, but that's just me. Everything else looks fine........

I stay away from counting calories. I am geting 400 g of protein and not more than 300 g of carbs 50 g of fats, 3000 cal will be plenty.

That's a good cycle. Yes , stay away from counting them , just try to listen and know your body. Good luck!
