Pain In The Back Of My Shoulder????

Pain In The Back Of My Shoulder????
I HAVE THIS PAIN IN THE BACK OF MY SHOULDER WHEN I DO INCLINE PRESS....CAN ANY BODY HELP ME AND SHOULD I US D.M.S.O. ON IT?

try changing the angle of the bench, if it doesnt change, use dumbells and a adjustable chair.

and on back day. see if you are doing something wrong, or skipping rear delt day. i almost gaurantee its the angle you are pushing at.

I agree w Monster I had the same problem , cause I have long arms I had to change ...every time Id press my left shoulder would make popping noises and a few times it just stopped cold turkey on me.

ever heard that joke? anyways, i have that problem sometimes as well, i have long arms, so the incline is always somewhat awkward, if the pain is consistent, i would consult my physician, otherwise, play with your form some, and get vicodin from your source, lol

guess not, i have long arms, and i have that problem, incline is always awkward for anyone, especially long armed ones, if the pain is consistent and last days after, i would consult my physician, or your source, get some pain meds, lol

Same problem here, it's weird on both incline and standard bench, my left shoulder will hurt, but if I add more weight it goes away along with the popping, WEIRD......
