i am doing 1 ml deca and 1 ml sustnon per week for 8 weeks . this is my first time .i am just wondering should i take nolvadex or hcg for post cycle or not.i was talking to my friend he told me that i'll be alright without taking nolvadex or hcg cuz this not a long cycle but iam still curious . can somebody give me opinion on this .

Yes, some pct would a good idea. Deca can shut you down with one dose.
