To the bros who Compete (SizeMatters, Crypto, Wilk, Nandro or anyonelse)

I notice there are some competitors here, I am not one but I do have a question. How do you get your bf so low? The lowest I can get it to is 6%, but how do you go below that? I am sure GH, t3, DNP, clen ect help out alot hehe. I am mostly interested in hearing what your contest prep diets are like? Thanks

being that i've only done one show i feel i'm in no position to try to tell someone else how to diet. I will say this. You need to be on juice, a good diet, cardio, and certainly thermogenic aids. Getting to 6% was easy. I felt like total dog shit when i hit 4% and under. It is no walk in the park but if you want it bad enough you will succeed. ABSOLUTELY the hardest thing i've done in my life!

Getting that lean is very taxing to the body. I had to use ghb(which i donot recomend) just to sleep. I used roids/HGH/thyroid/clen/and plenty of cardio. the biggest factor really is diet (IMO). drugs work only with proper diet. i actually paid someone to get me ready, i met with them once a week, they measured my body fat, and then i was told how to eat the following week. this way i hit my target when i wanted. this is the best way for a beginner IMO. i had to measure my food, my carb intake, what types of carbs, protein etc... and dude, i could not use even ketchup... no sauce, everything plain, even the yams, no butter even. it was hard, hard beyond belief. but then i went out to a public pool at a hotle in the summer, and when every damned girl there had wet P******S and were looking at me, i knew it was all worth it.

wet p****s, lol, very much worth it. Yeah I feel that its possible to stay 6% year round but anything lower you start feeling like shit and getting sick all the time.

Well dude......

I've done 5 shows is all... but I can tell you what has worked for me. Problem is that everyone is different.

First off, I did ALL my shows naturally... before I ever used any AS. So, I have NEVER used drugs to cut down for a show. So, that should tell you something. You DO NOT need all these freakin drugs to get ready for a show. They may work, but I have no experience with them, so you would have to rely on the other guys for that. I have hit the 3-4% range with just DIET AND TRAINING. Granted it is hard work, but it can be done.

My secret weapon has been Carb Depleting. As some of the guys mentioned, cutting for a show isn't the healthiest thing in the world, but it is only for a short time. Carb Depleting allows you to burn off fat and an amazing rate. I don't even like to do cardio, so I rely on the diet, even more. I cut my calories back slowly, but I take in minimal fat and zero carbs...... tons of protein keeps you from losing muscle mass...... it's something you have to play with... lots of small meals, of course, is the only way to go.

Other than that..... it's all a head game, my friend. You have to want it bad.... you have to want it more than anybody else. That makes it a lot easier..... when you need help carrying all the trophies to your car, it makes it all worth it!!! /thumb/

contest prep

I used someone to monitor me every week.My diet was key to getting super lean.I was on gear all the way thru and it was the only way for me.I was in the low 3% range.Very hard on your body.Key for me was the right amount of cardio and my diet.I don't beleive in carb depleting because you'll lose a big amount of muscle, believe me I have gone that route.I only carb deplete the last week to shred water.Consistency is key and starting far enough out to allow for error.Believe me it's rough, my family suffered I suffered.I am finally back to normal and it's been 5 months since my last show.My joints hurt, my moods were swinging, I was tired, loss of appetite.I even bridged my cycle and was on clomid for 2 months.I am now around 220 lbs at 10% again and feeling great.
