Decided to change....

Well, after all the input from the freaks, I decided to change my back workout.
I went "BACK" to the Bascis, no pun intended... everything is 3 sets and as heavy as physically possible... 10 reps was a stretch.

DeadLifts
T-Bar Rows
Pull-Ups
Bent-Over Rows
Shrugs

I was sore as fucking Hell, too. My traps suffered dramatically.... lol.... must have been the T-Bar Rows... yikes!!

Someday, I might actually develop a lat.............

Thumbs up sounds great

Thats a killer workout for back. I agree go as heavy as possible. Myself, i do 4sets 5-8reps wide grip pull down, seated row, t-bar row, and dumbell rows and when my lower back will permit i love deadlifts!/p/ My favorite has to be one arm dumbell rows the fuckin wear me out and make me sweat like a pig.

My Thoughts!

Back muscles are large so it takes heavy weight to build. Just like legs! Dude=F)
