injecting by yourselves ?

I want to ask how many of you guys are injecting by yourselves or not. I found it very hard to do my own injections. Not that I am scare, I am totaly relaxed, but I found it very uncomfortable to handle the syringe , to aspirate, to inject.

It is not the most confortable think you may do it but at least you have somebody it can give you a hand, than you'll have to slowly improve the tehnique and find the easyest way to do it.

I think its just something you get used to or accustomed to after doing it for a while. That is certain tricks to aspirating with one hand, etc. Other than the doc, I have done my own injects.

I agree. You should practice many times just with the syringe without the needle. It helped me.It is like with anything else , practicing you find easier ways to do it

It is never simple to make your own perfect injection, but , hey, what else could you do.. Slowly you will improve. I am still improving every week.

You get use to it, like anything else. It does make it easier when your girl does it for you though!!!

my girl wont do shes afraid of needles but a easy way i found to do is to lay on your side right leg across your left leg to relax the glute take your left hand and spread the skin tight now inject then use your left hand to hold the chamber while the right hand pulls back on the plunger then use the right hand and push the gear in slow and steady i can only do the right side its more comfortable to me so by a ten week cycle i have alot of red marks on the right side but it is what it is

I do it all the time in my butt. Just switch cheeks every other time. Oh yeah a little tip to make it easier. After you draw solution unscrew needle and put syringe in a heating pad. Warm for several minutes( warm to the touch....not hot ! ) and it will go in so much easier. Replace needle and have at it.

It can be hard to actually do it, but you'll learn with time. You just have to get used to it. I've been on hormone replacement for almost 11 years now, so I had to get used to it whether I liked it or not. It's certainly easier to do it yourself than to have someone else do it.
