GLUTES INJECTION

It is so hard for me to make this injection. What about you guys , are you struggling the same way. I need some advice

I don't like them either and I am doing glutes just when I have no other choice. It seems that this spot it's causing more bleeding than other.

I have no problem turning to one side but have issues doing it to the other side. Thighs and delts work fine as well for me.

Start stretching. There's no reason not to be able to do them regardless of how big you are.

I found it easier laying on the bed on my belly. It is not the most confortable position either. But I found it to be better than standing.

My favorites are in order quads, delts, tri's , traps.

For me the bigger muslces. I am not to confortable to stick the needle into the smaller ones:)

I have no problem with the glutes inj. Plus that it is the less painfull.
