what's happening?
I am 21yo,work out for the last 4years...... my arm grew from 37cm to 41. That happened until abut 1 1/2 years ago. Since then not even a milimeter. What is going on. I'm f..ing frustrated. I am doing the same things like before so I don't see a reason for hiting this plateau.

If you are not growing, you definitely need to check out your diet, training and sleep, all of those play a major part in growth!!

You should increase the protein intake, that's the only way of building lean muscle

That's not enough. You need much more to feed your muscles. 400-500 per day.

The protein from Synthetek , Synthepure will make the job much more easy. It has a large content of protein so three shakes a day will give you close to 100 g.

you should also start lifting less reps and more weight if your goal is increase muscle. so the muscle will adapt to the new weight and will have no other option but to grow.
