my cycle

I am going to start a sustanon only cycle of 250mg/w . I am just a begginer. Should I stack it better with something else? I want to put some muscle but also to cut a bit.

I'm not quite shure if 250 will do too much for you. Do more research before starting the cycle.

I remeber that post, props to OTH!! I've always said that a first cycle should be a Test only cycle (maybe some Dbol to kickstart). Also, definitely a single-estered Test (Test Enan or Cyp) to start with to see how your body reacts to the gear and to make it easier for you to keep steady test levels......

Taking into account that is your first cycle I would recomand you to go for bulking right now, and worry more about the bf. on your next cycle

I gained a lot from my first sustanon cycle, if I remember corect some 15lbs.. I would take an oral too. Good luck and keep us informed with your evolutiion.

The best way to see results out of sust. is to have two shots a week. So from one shot of 250 I can't see how you going to get much out if

How old are you--If I missed that part, sorry. I think 250 a week is too low, even for a beginner. If youre going to do something, you should probably do it right. Read this article from BigA..good information and should give you a foundation of where to begin if you so choose to go this route.
