What should I do? I am working out constantly.77kg/14%bf/.

do some research. What r ur goals? Whats ur diet like? whats ur trainning like?

Sorry guys , I should've mention. I am on my first cycle of Sustanon 500mb/w and dbol 30mg each day. Starded the cycle three and a half weeks ago. I am 29

common bro don't be shy give us the hole picture , now all remained to find out is to see what the problem is. I presume that you are not seeing results yet. there are many things to be asked the first how your diet is going, how you are training and the last but not the least where from have you purchase your aas. I hope that you went for a legit source.

yes guys your guess was spot on, I am just struggling to add some pounds of muscle. I am eating four meals a day , sleeping eight hours a day, no drink and no smoke.

4 meals/ed is not nearly enough to grow!! What does your diet look like, how many calories/ed are you taking in?!
