powder and milk?

can I combine my protein powder with milk? because somebody told me only with water and the taste is a little bit bad

Depend what are u using. Usualy you can , it depends a lot on the qualityt. I mix mine with anything. It disolve instantly in any liquid.

is very good to use it with milk. milk contains also protein and is better for you to combine both.

I always use milk myself. Im not much on protein powder and water.

Unless you are lactose intolerant. If so, use lactose free milk.

Sorry bro but you surely haven't try Synthepure. I am avoiding puting to much water in the cup so I can savour the taste of pure protein which by the way when not mixed with shit ingredients is acutaly delicious. You could try yourself and see if I'm b...sh... you
