i never really introduced myself
i love lifting, i love being big and strong, i love the attention that comes with being 6'2" 294 pounds at 11%bf, 11 might be high to some of you guys, but it looks damn good at 294 pounds, i love gear, i love the intensity it helps me bring to the gym, i love that psychological edge it gives me, i love women, i do all this hard work because the ladies love it, especially here in mexico, a big, strong, muscular, blue-eyed, american, i am a demi-god down here, i love helping others reach there goals, i love eating 5200 calories per day, 400 protein, 250 carbs, less than 20 sat fat, this has just changed, i just started a new diet, i want 301 pounds, and i want it now!!!

Hey oak I use to stay in carlsbad ....and as far as u loving Notre dame its a shame They wont play Michigan for years...hell of a rivalry it was. Those games r classics in my book.

With the right nutrition and the help of the mexican pharmicutical departments, a tree could really grow!
ps. chicks love to climb a stout tree and swing in the branches!
And the ones who dont climb can still sit around on the roots. HaHa
And just like all the trees around here, always produce too many seeds! But I am sure that you wont just drop them to the ground! Send them out, oaks dont grow well in the sand of mexico, but I am sure that you will be the exception buddy!!!

not far away at all, very nice area too bro, a little too nice for my taste, tiajuana is fine by my standards, and the women here, geez fellas, they are great, and damonster, what will be on the menu, i love some turkey, and since i ate protein bars for thanksgiving, i think i will splurge on christmas, brj, when are you going to vegas? i will try to make it up there
