HCG Question

how do you mix this stuff?? It came in a sultion pop off and a soild pop off. Do you just pour the liquid in with the soild or what?? Does it mix all the way or do you have to shake it or stir it with a pin?? what is the proper way to do this guys?? Thanks for the help. Also, when and how much?? I guess I need to more research before I get this stuff!! Thanks again
