heavier- less reps?
I went in a heavier type of training, and I am feeling more tired, needed longer brakes between sets. Should I do less reps now that I am lifting much heavier than before?

I am training to one set to failure to failure with a renge betwee 6-10 reps. Anyway you will drop the number of reps if you increase the weight.

I will usually do 3 training sets (building up the weight), then 3 work sets. Reps start high then work them down to failure..........
