Shoulder problem

I've got some major problems with my left shoulder, so I'm contemplating taking a brake for a while. I am not sure if I need surgery. It is worth taking a brake now, after all the hard work. Would this drag me back having to start all over again? Or should I just train and ignore the pain?

You will better take a break, and see a doc. I know many ,people with similar problems they treated succesfully the injury with physiotherapy and massage, or with corticosteroid injections
