Cool The Lovehandle Problem (Obliques & Lower Back)

Hi there,

Ive recently just gotten back into gym and trying to lean up and rip for december. Essentially I wanna be really ripped and toned by December 15th. I know how to train etc etc however over the years i have had difficulty ripping and getting rid of my love handles...i mean i can get my 6 pack..but always the obliques going round to the lower back area seem to be a problem. And i would love those lines that run down the abs into the crotch area.

does anyone have a suggestion in terms of what i can do to train and rip that area?

thanks

Nick

i have the same problem as you.unfortunately theres little you can do about it,where you store you fat is all because fo your genes and you can't change that.all you can do is get to the lowest you genes allowed.best of luck.
