Newbie Questions

Hey guys...when I say I'm a newbie at this...I mean I'm very newbish...but have done a lot of research but the one thing I dont under stand is how to do inections...I know where to do them but what kind of needle and how many times a week...so here are my stats

Im 20 years old, 6'3 290 and about 25% BF

Heres my planned cycle

Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
Week 1 to 10: 50mg of Winny tabs a day
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
CLENBUTEROL FOR PCT

So my question is, what kind of needle should I use and how many times a week should I do the injections. Thank you very much in advance for any input...
and yes this is almost identicale to a sites newbie cycle, I'm just adding the winny and taking out proviron...and this is my first cycle...again thank you
