Adenosine Monophosphate info

I’ve been looking into this “kynoselen” stuff and have been having troubles finding much good info. I did a search on the active ingrediant adenosine monophosphate and have only found out that it is good for herpes. It also contains heptaminol, I found even less info on this compound. Would anyone know of any good links for factual info?
