Ill be competeing in twelve weeks and was thinking off running 7 shots winstrol a week 50mg a day and 4 shot tren a week 75mg each time for the eight weeks coming into the show would this be alright

as said your gonna need more than that bro. Try it for 6 weeks atleast.

If you're going to be running Tren (whether it's Ace, Enanthate, or Hex), I would deffinately reccomend running some test with it, probably at least 500mg a week.

That's fine for the last 4 weeks, including test prop though which you cut out 1 week out.

There's no reason not to use your normal off season gear until 4 weeks out.
