Personal Training Studio

Heres the deal, me and a friend of mine have a 10 year plan or less to open up a gym together. Our dilima (probably misspelled) is which type of gym to open. Which would reap better profits: a public gym or a private gym/personal training studio? The location will be somewhere along the gulf coast, perhaps in Destin, FL. So what are some opinions. Current or former gym owners opinions are what im looking for however all suggestions and advice are welcome. Thanks guys

Bro, I've been to Destin many times as I'm from Louisiana and I think you should go with a public gym. Everytime I used to go on trips to that area I could never find a gym that suited my needs or wants. Build a public gym and you will reap more profits 4 sure. If you build it they will come! take care bro
