women's bodybuilding almost dead?

i've noticed that women's bodybuilding and the fitness competition is slowing going down. there seems to be more interest in figure. my fiance is training for figure because there's basically no need for steroids to be competitive. in my opinion i rather it this way. what do you guys think about all of this?

Yea I think the bodybuilding for sure.
I notice each year at the state show here Less and Less interest and competitors... A few years back in 2000 it was Pretty damn popular
compared to now, Last year only 1-2 girsl in each weight class I beleive :(

Tell your Girl we wish her Luck, Figure or the fitness has always been more interesting to me...bodybuilding is Ok but do have to admit some of them chicks (IMO..on prolevel) were A Bit to Huge and vascular!
maybe Im Just jealous though? lol I think it would be better if they had a bit softer-female typ of look But I guess thats why they have the others you mention.
