alright guys lets get an informative thread going here, esp since we are all coming up to contest season. What compounds do you personally ADD in the last week or so? What compounds do you DROP in the last week?? and please justify/ explain your reasons/methodology.
for example;
Oral stan or injectable stan the last week??
Tren Acetate up to the day or not?
clen up to the comp???
T3 up to the day?? (does it hinder carb up, but thinkk about rebound if stop)
diuretics or not?? which ones?
insulin to load? think of the supposed water retention?
sodium
potassium?
come on ladies put your "ahem" nads on the line (also your views) here!!!!!
