Alright guys lets get an informative thread going here, esp since we are all coming into contest season right now. What items do you believe in using the last week??? and which ones do you stop? and how far out do you stop them???

For example:
Stan tabs or injectables in the last week?
Tren Acetate or not??
T3 up to the day?(does it hinder carbup)
clen or not?
insulin to load? considering the water retention claims( shitload or standard)
diaretics?
potassium
sodium????

come on ladies put your nads(and your opinions on the line!!!!!!)

stop enanthate, d-bol, anadrol, equipoise, deca 4 weeks out
stop dnp, gh 2 weeks out
stop test prop 1 week out
start tren, winny, halo 4 weeks out
start test suspension 1 week out

i run clen, ephedrine, arimidex all the way through and limit t-3 to .25mcg last week

i use demadex 2 days out from show

no one is the same...this isn't what i recommend...it's just what i do

i agree on all counts, but what is your reasoning on stopping Dbol 4wks out?
being that its half life is like 4hrs or so, could you not stop it 1wk out? or is there another reason? is it to rid water retention to monitor progress??

oh and you said start tren, winny halo,.... would you run tren up to the day? or when would you stop it? ill be using arimadex with it anyway

i just stop it early mainly because of the other alkylated compounds. i certainly run tren all the way through. with me...i say that halo is a must have.

great to hear, i just ordered some, how much do you run? for how long? what do you notice? ill run 50mg stan ed, and tren 50mg ed, for 4wks with prop 80mg ed. last week i was gonna do 100mg stan ed??? with tren 50mg ed and how much halo would you reccomend? i also on clen and gonna take 1/2mg arimadex ed last week (1/4 mg arimadex in prev weeks)

I do exactly what nandro does. Just the diuretics are slightly different depending on the situation.

And of course cannot compete without Synthelator 1 hour before going on stage.

for a 200lb person how much Synthelator?? i think i heard 4ml in each butt??? lol..... what is sensible, oh and gonna use herbal diuretics, did a practise shitload and they worked fine

i don't like to recomend dosages because i have no idea what you've taken or what your build is. i did 10-12 tabs a day (2.5mg each) when i was doing shows. the duration is short so i wasn't too concerned about toxicity.

what i noticed? lol.... friggin harder than nails. but i get really really lean on diets.

5ml in each butt cheeck 1hour before going on stage. At 200lbs you will need the entire 10ml.

You can buy it in Australia, just email them. They sell it on request in aust.
